Jeremy Rodrigues - I am an Associate Professor and consultant plastic surgeon. My research focuses on improving how we measure outcomes in healthcare. Often this involves measuring "latent constructs" that we cannot observe in the physical world, such as hand function, quality of life, and knee function. Using appropriate methods these things can still be measured robustly and accurately.
