The Education, Learning and Development Team do not provide all the education and training delivered within the Trust, but aim to provide a core range which enables the Trust to meet its objectives and deliver its five patient promises.

You can view the Learning and Development pages on the intranet

• to find out what training is available
• book onto Trust courses
• to access your e-learning for statatory and mandatory training

Participatory CPD activities - may include but are not limited to; conference and workshops, coaching and mentoring, online discussion forums such as twitter chats, group or team discussions and workbased learning such as clinical audits or quality improvement projects (Plan, Do, Study, Act, PDSA)

Individual CPD activities - may include but are not limited to; mandatory training, reading publications and /or peer review articles, enquiry-based research,  undertaking a literature search  or  e-learning modules
