AHP Preceptorship
The preceptorship team supports the transitional journey of our newly registered Nurses, Midwives and AHPs or a Healthcare Professional who is newly registered with the NMC or HCPC.
At BHT preceptorship is mandatory, and we want to support your transitional journey from newly qualified to competent and confident practitioner. We’ll also support your manager and preceptor to offer you the best experience as a new colleague at BHT.
