Setting up and using BorrowBox

First, you will need to contact the library with your Library membership number and ask to be added to BorrowBox. We will then send you some instructions on what to do next.

BorrowBox tips

  • We strongly recommend that you download the app via your phone or tablet's app store rather than try and borrow via the website. If you do use the website, you will need to download Adobe Digital Editions which is not available on Trust PCs and laptops but you could download on your personal computer.
  • When browsing for titles, don't forget to browse all to see the full range of books on offer.

Newsletters

BorrowBox newsletters will run twice a year - once each in the Spring and Autumn- highlighting new additions to the library and key resources for awareness events.

To sign up, you can select the option during the registration process, or once in the app, select the person icon at the top right hand corner > Account Details > Newsletter > select 'Library'- it will turn green.
